I worked today at the Loc8 Real Estate Agents in the Maghull Square from 12:30pm-4:pm. Throughout the day I continued with the filing and logging task which I have been working on for the past weeks, while I also asked Elliot, my supervisor, if he could provide me with any employee guidelines or list of avaliable services to help me with my course, which he promised to provide when he was able.
I did not get to interact directly with Customers at my placement and did not handle any direct transactions, so I wasn't able to cross off any parts of my portfolio but hopefully when the materials I asked Elliot for are given I will be able to fill several of them out and get them signed off.

Introduction
This blog will serve as another form of evidence log alongside my portfolio for my Customer Services course and will serve as a log of my activities at my work placement and will be updated every time I accomplish something related to the course as well as every Wednesday when I work at my placement.
